Executive Assistant To A Director. Manage The Directors Daily Schedule, Meetings, And Appointments. Organize Travel Itineraries And Bookings. Schedule And Organize Meetings, Conferences, And Events. Take Minutes And Follow Up On Action Items. Prepare Reports, Spreadsheets, And Documents. Maintain Files, Records, And Confidential Documents. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Salary

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Data entry, Record keeping, MS Office, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and well spoken
