Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Hindi and English, Typing speed, Verbal communication, CRM tools
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, your work will include:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
