A new Hr Head role is open at Glife Insurance Marketing Private Limited, Raja Bazar, Delhi. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Labour law basics, Payroll, Screening, MS Excel
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and confidential

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
