Work Directly With The Founder & Ceo To Support The Setup, Organization, And Growth Of Gliven. The Role Requires Handling Documentation, Recruitment, Project Coordination, Compliance, Administration, Follow-Ups, And Day-To-Day Business Operations.Handle Company Documentation, Records, Contracts, And Reports.Coordinate Hiring, Onboarding, And Employ. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Record keeping, Email etiquette and Basic accounting
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, detail-oriented attitude

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
