Gliven Is Looking For A Strong And Experienced Purchase Manager With Excellent Negotiation, Sourcing, Vendor Management, And Procurement Skills.The Candidate Will Be Responsible For All-India Sourcing And Procurement, Identifying Reliable Suppliers, Negotiating The Best Prices And Commercial Terms, Ensuring Quality And Timely Delivery, And Developing Long-Term Vendor Relationships.The Candidate Must Also Have Practical Knowledge Of Imports From China And Other Countries, Including Import Documentation, Shipping, Customs, Logistics, And Coordination With Freight Forwarders/Cha.We Are Looking For A Result-Oriented Candidate Who Can Independently Manage The Complete Purchase Cycle, Reduce Procurement Costs, Build A Strong Supplier Network, And Secure The Best Possible Deals For The Company. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Record keeping, Email etiquette, MS Office, Basic accounting
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and organised

What you get

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
