Admin Manager

The Global consultancy is looking for an Admin Manager to join its team in Udhna, Surat. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month.

Day-to-day work

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Data entry, Record keeping and Email etiquette
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well spoken, organised attitude

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
