Global Consultancy is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join its team in Mahindra Pur, Surat. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Negotiation, Lead generation, Local market knowledge and Customer handling
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confident, target-driven attitude
