* Manage Daily Office Administration And Operations * Handle Staff Coordination And Supervision * Maintain Documents, Records, And Office Files * Coordinate With Vendors, Suppliers, And Service Providers * Manage Office Supplies, Maintenance, And Facilities * Assist Management With Reports And Operational Planning. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Screening, Recruitment, Payroll and HRMS
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and good communicator

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
