We Are Looking For An Experienced Assistant Hr Manager To Handle End-To-End Hr Operations, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Attendance & Leave Management, Payroll Coordination, Statutory Compliance, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training & Development, Hr Documentation, And Policy Implementation. The Candidate Should Have Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Hr Processes, And Employee Engagement Activities, With The Ability To Support And Manage Day-To-Day Hr Functions Efficiently. Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills Are Required. Prior Experience In Manufacturing Or Industrial Organizations Will Be Preferred. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with HRMS, Payroll, MS Excel, Labour law basics
• Female Only

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
