We Are Looking For A Telecaller For Our Immigration To Handel Immigration Related Calls.

Who can apply

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Typing speed, CRM tools, Verbal communication, Hindi and English
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are patient and calm under pressure

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
