A new Hr Admin Executive role is open at Glowingstar Corporation, Nirman Nagar, Jaipur. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. There are 5 open positions.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel, Screening and Labour law basics
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, confidential attitude
