Glowz lighting design is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join its team in Alipore, Kolkata. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Roles and responsibilities

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Computer, Email
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
