Gms Services is hiring a Customer Support Executive in Sector 61 - Noida, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹24,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

What you get

Salary: ₹21,500 – ₹24,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi and Inbound
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
