Customer Support Executive

Gms Services has an opening for a Customer Support Executive based in Mayapuri, Delhi. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Salary

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Domestic, English, Inbound, Outbound
• Male Only
• Good English
