- Manage Daily Branch Operations And Staff.- Handle Customers, Franchise Partners And Delivery Operations.- Achieve Business And Branch Targets.- Monitor Team Performance And Attendance.- Prepare Daily Reports And Coordinate With The Head Office. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Documentation, Financial products, MS Excel, Customer acquisition
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and trustworthy
