Handle Inbound Inquiries Received Through Websites, Social Media, And Advertisements. Explain Project Details, Pricing, Amenities, And Location Benefits To Potential Buyers. Qualify Leads Based On Customer Requirements And Budget. Schedule Site Visits And Meetings For The Sales Team. Follow Up With Prospects To Ensure Visit Confirmations. Coordinate With Sales Executives Regarding Customer Appointments. Assist The Sales Team In Lead Nurturing And Conversion Activities. Achieve Daily Calling And Lead-Generation Targets. Your responsibilities

As a Telecaller, your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
