Perform Basic Data Entry And Maintain Office Records.Handle Documentation, Filing, Scanning, And Photocopying.Update And Maintain Company Records In Excel And Other Office Software.Assist With Preparing Quotations, Invoices, And Other Documents.Check And Organize Documents Accurately.Support Daily Office Operations Only Fresher Can Apply. Basic Excel, MS Word, Internet Surfing, > 30 WPM Typing Speed | Skills Needed : Email

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Email, Internet Surfing and Ms Word
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
