What you will do

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹22,000 per month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Computer, Email
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Advanced Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
