Goodwill Associates is hiring a Collection Executive / Officer in Pitampura, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹22,000/month. 4 candidates will be hired for this role.

Day-to-day work

As a Collection Executive / Officer, your work will include:

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
