Goodwill Associates is hiring a Collection Executive / Officer in Pitampura, Delhi. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Financial products, Customer acquisition, KYC and MS Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and detail-oriented

What you will do

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You will verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
