Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Financial products, KYC, MS Excel and Customer acquisition
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, ethical attitude

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
