Collections Executive

Goodwill Associates is looking for a Collections Executive to join its team in MP Nagar, Bhopal. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, KYC, Compliance and Financial products
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are ethical and detail-oriented

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
