Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Type : Outbound | Languages : Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, English

Your responsibilities

• You'll source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Kannada, Malayalam, Outbound, Tamil and Telugu
• Good English
• Freshers can apply

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month.
