Gopi paper mart India Pvt Ltd wants to bring on a Front Desk Executive for its GIFT City, Gandhinagar team. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Data entry, Record keeping, Email etiquette, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well spoken, detail-oriented attitude

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
