Your responsibilities

As an Assistant Hr Manager, your work will include:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with HRMS, Labour law basics, Payroll, Screening
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
