Grafiti is looking for an Assistant Receptionist to join its team in Ravet, Pune. The pay goes up to ₹13,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Typing, MS Office and Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, well spoken attitude
