Responsible For Managing Files, Reports And Staff. Attending Calls, Scheduling Meetings. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Typing, Record keeping, Basic accounting and Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and dependable
