Back Office Executive

Grand Giftcare Llp is looking for a Back Office Executive to join its team in Paldi, Ahmedabad. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Compensation

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel
• Someone dependable and detail-oriented
