Grand Regency is hiring a Front Desk Executive in Rajaji Nagar, Bengaluru. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

We Are Luxury 4-Star Hotel And Candidate Should Be Able To Handle Incoming & Out Going Calls, Monitoring The Reception Area, Attending Visitors, Handling Courier, Maintaining Registers, Do Guests Check-In And Check-Out Process. Candidate Should Speak Fluently English, Hindi And Kannada Languages. We Provide Accommodation To Male Candidates. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Data entry, MS Office, Email etiquette, Record keeping
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and dependable

• Working hours: Shift basis for Gentlemen and Straight day shift for ladies
