We Are Looking For A Dynamic Business Development Manager (Bdm) To Generate Quality Leads, Build Partnerships, And Support Student Admissions. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying Potential Leads Through References, And Networking, While Closely Coordinating With The Telecalling Team For Lead Nurturing And Conversion. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Lead generation, Target achievement, CRM, Customer handling
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
