Gray India Consulting Private Limited is looking for a Receptionist Cum Office Assistant to join its team in Thaltej, Ahmedabad. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

The Role Demands Confidentiality, Strong Communication, And Excellent Organizational Skills. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Email etiquette, Basic accounting and MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and well spoken

Roles and responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

What you get

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
