Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Handling Invoices, Procurement, Quotation Management, Record Management and Tally
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Advanced Excel, Record Management, Procurement, Quotation Management, Handling Invoices
• Skills Needed: Tally

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
