Core Responsibilities Retail Coverage: Execute Daily Beat Plans To Visit Pharmacies, Wellness Stores, And Ayurvedic Clinics To Secure Orders For Teas, Juices, And Supplements. Distribution Management: Coordinate Timely Deliveries To Retailers. Payment Collection: Monitor Outstanding Dues And Ensure Timely Payment Recovery From The Market. Reporting: Submit Daily Activity Reports (Dar) Including Visit Counts, Order Values, And Competitor Stock Movements.Key Requirements. Travel: Must Have A Two-Wheeler And Be Willing To Travel Extensively Within Assigned Territories. Sales Skills: Strong Ability To Handle Rejections And Negotiate Shelf Space With Shop Owners. Key Performance Indicators (Kpis) Strike Rate: Percentage Of Productive Calls (Orders) Out Of Total Shop Visits. Corporate Tie Ups, B2B, Distributor, License | Should Have : Bike

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
