A Restaurant Captain Oversees The Front-Of-House Service Team And Ensures Smooth Restaurant Operations During Service Hours. They Act As A Link Between Guests, Servers, Kitchen Staff, And Restaurant Management To Maintain High Service Standards And Customer Satisfaction. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Hygiene standards, Guest service, Communication, Billing / POS
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well groomed and service-minded

Compensation

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What you will do

• You will take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• You'll resolve guest concerns politely and quickly.
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
