Griva Insurance Solution is hiring a Tele Caller in Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad. You can earn up to ₹15,000/month. 25 candidates will be hired for this role.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
