We Are Looking For An Executive Human Resource Generalist Who Can Manage End-To-End Recruitment Activities Along With Executive Assistant Responsiidentify, Attract, And Hire Top Talent By Managing The Recruitment Process. Develop Job Descriptions, Screen Candidates, And Conduct Interviews. Collaborate With Teams To Meet Workforce Needs Efficiently. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, MS Excel, Recruitment and Screening
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and confidential
