Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You'll explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

• Comfortable with Bengali, Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi
