Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Type : Outbound | Languages : Bengali, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Punjabi, Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, English

Roles and responsibilities

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: Below 10th
• Good knowledge of Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Outbound
