Handle End-To-End Hr Operahandle Joining Formalities, Offer Letters, Appointment Letters And Employee Documentation. Manage Attendance, Leave, Late Coming, Permissions And Employee Working Hours. Coordinate With Accounts For Monthly Payroll, Pf And Esi, Salary Processing, Deductions And Incentives. Handle Employee Grievances, Disciplinary Issues. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

What you get

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with HRMS, MS Excel, Payroll, Recruitment
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
