Growup Immigration is looking for an Immigration Consultant to join its team in Sector-34, Chandigarh. The pay goes up to ₹40,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Tourism
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are calm under pressure and customer-first

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
