Groww India is looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join its team in Ellis Bridge, Ahmedabad. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Responsible For Making Outbound Calls To Potential Customers, Explaining Products/Services, Generating Leads, And Closing Sales. Follow Up With Clients, Handle Inquiries, And Maintain Customer Records. Must Have Good Communication, Convincing Skills, And Ability To Achieve Sales Targets. Basic Computer Knowledge Require. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales, Outbound | Languages : Gujarati, Hindi, English

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati, Hindi, Outbound and Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• A polite, calm under pressure attitude
