Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Quotation Management and Record Management
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Record Management, Quotation Management, Basic Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• You are well spoken and detail-oriented

What you get

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
