Hospital Receptionist

Gti Poly Clinic & Health Care is looking for a Hospital Receptionist to join its team in Phool Bagan, Kolkata. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Basic accounting, Typing, MS Office, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and well spoken

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
