Office Assistant

Gujrat Charchha is hiring an Office Assistant in Gurukul, Ahmedabad. Freshers can apply. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Email etiquette, Basic accounting and MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone organised and dependable

What you get

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
