Job Description Hr (Recruitment & Talent Acquisition)Responsible Primarily For Recruitment And Talent Acquisition For Our Road Construction Projects. Identify, Source And Shortlist Civil/Highway Engineers, Site Engineers, Billing Engineers, Qa/Qc Engineers, Supervisors And Other Road-Industry Professionals. Build A Strong Talent Pipeline Through Job Portals, References, Linkedin And Industry Contacts. Priority Should Be Given To Candidates From Delhi/Ncr With Road Construction Experience, Particularly Delhi Pwd Projects. Screen Profiles, Conduct Initial Interviews, Verify Experience, Coordinate Management Interviews And Ensure Timely Joining/Deployment. Maintain Candidate Databases And Develop Long-Term Industry Networks. Routine Hr, Payroll And Compliance Functions Are Outsourced. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹31,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Payroll, Labour law basics, MS Excel, Recruitment
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and good communicator

Key responsibilities

• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
