Gupta Animation wants to bring on a Receptionist Cum Office Assistant for its Jayanagar, Bengaluru team. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Typing, Basic accounting and Record keeping
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
