Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word and Tally
• Good English
