We Are Looking For A Dynamic And Result-Oriented Real Estate Sales Manager To Lead The Sales Team, Drive Property Sales, Generate Revenue, And Ensure Excellent Customer Service. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Achieving Sales Targets, Managing Client Relationships, Handling Site Visits, And Guiding The Sales Team To Maximize Conversions. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate, Real Estate | License | Should Have : Bike

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bike, License and Real Estate
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Own bike
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate, Real Estate
• License
• Should Have: Bike
