Gyan Books Private Limited is hiring a Billing Executive in Ashok Vihar, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹15,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Billing Executive With Hands-On Experience In Busy Software, Handling Gst Billing, Invoicing, And Accounts.Responsible For Maintaining Records, Generating Bills, And Ensuring Accurate Financial Entries. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: GST, TDS, Accounts payable, Tally
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An accurate, numerate attitude

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• You will support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
