Assist The Director/Management By Managing Schedules, Handling Calls And Emails, Arranging Meetings, Preparing Documents, And Maintaining Confidential Records. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Data entry, Basic accounting, Typing, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
